Five spacious bedrooms, living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, and large back patio with outdoor furniture and deck on second floor! The property is a great launchpad for all your Philly adventures, and a relaxing place to come home to between the fun.
The space
Designed for comfort, tranquility, and convenience! There are two fully equipped kitchens for you to cook a meal after a long day in the city, or there are tons of take-out options within a short walk! We also have a large outdoor patio with furniture and string lights to help you get some rest and relaxation with an amazing roof deck on second floor. Our property is a perfect launch pad for families, traveling couples, business partners, or vacationers alike!
The layout of the property is the following:
1st floor : Unit 1 - everything on 1st floor -
2nd floor: bedroom #1 top of steps (queen) ; kitchen/living/dining + Queen sized sleeper sofa; w/d ; full bathroom #1 past w/d / large walk out deck
3rd floor layout: bedroom #2 (queen) ; full bathroom #2 ensuite ; bedroom #3 (king + single) ; ensuite full bathroom #3
